Being born and raised in a military family with my father serving 21 years in the Air Force (and now having a daughter who is married to a special forces member), I am familiar with the ever-changing, always challenging military lifestyle. I work hard to ensure that your relocation and home purchase/sale is as stress-free, positive, and memorable as possible.
When I'm not working, I enjoy walking on the beaches, visiting wineries or visiting my children and grandchildren or volunteering at the DAFB USO!

I am passionate about helping active and retired military and veterans use their BAH and VA home loan benefits to buy their own home!
I am committed to ongoing learning about the VA mortgage benefits for military/veterans who want to buy a home in Delaware and about making sure disabled veterans learn about the property tax credits given to qualified veterans who own homes in Delaware.
As a certified Military Residential Specialist and a VALC (VA Loan Certified) realtor, I am knowledgeable about the process and options that are out there for you and your family. I also work with local lenders who are also very knowledgeable about the VA loan benefits, and as a team we will work together to find the perfect home for you with the right monthly payment for you.
